Funk-Sensorsystem

Aachen, August 1, 2009 – To solve tasks of continuous data capturing and monitoring Aachen based Gesytec GmbH introduces a new range of products to the market: GesySense® – a wireless sensor system. The battery operated GesySense radio sensors allow for continuous metering in spots where a serial line is only bothering or just can’t be realized.

Currently the system includes wireless sensors for temperature measuring, pulse metering, status monitoring and repeaters and receivers to set-up a wireless ISM network. The use of batteries with a life cycle of more than 5 years is a crucial aspect to opt for this system. The modules can also be installed in spots hard to access without the need of constant maintenance as the modules transmit their load status at regular intervals.

The system is used, for instance, to monitor chest freezers. The sensors are quickly installed without laying a line. The current temperature is periodically captured and transmitted via radio link to a data collector, where the values are available for further processing such as for energy consumption optimization or system monitoring.
With GesySense, Gesytec, the Aachen based expert for remote monitoring of technical installations, completes its range of products by components providing the user with a new, serial line independent access to installations and devices.
